Cazenovia police close illegal bar on Farnham

— Five persons were recently arrested for second-degree criminal nuisance and first-degree unlawfully dealing with a child. Travis W. Lasher, 20, Gregory H. Ducasse, 20, Robert R. Rohrig, 20, Timothy W. Hartill, 20, Riley P. Battaglini, 20, all of 34 Farnham St., in Cazenovia.

The investigation stemmed from a suspicious male that was observed by patrol officers on the night of Saturday, Oct. 23.

All five were issued appearance tickets, returnable at 5 p.m. on Nov. 16, in the Village of Cazenovia Court, to answer the charges.

Travis Lasher was also charged with violation of alcohol beverage control Law of operating an illegal bar. The allegation is that Lasher was charging persons to attend the party and then those persons would receive alcohol.
