Michael Rudik, 18, of Binghamton, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, failure to stop at stop sign and a license plate violation.

Andrea Panebianco, 30, of Cazenovia, was charged with driving while intoxicated, refusal to submit to breath test, consumption of alcohol in motor vehicle and moving from lane unsafely.
March 28
Natashanacole Borrero, 21, from Connecticut, was charged with petit larceny.
